Introduction

By using our services, you agree to these terms. This agreement is between Eddanova rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Customer” or “you”).

Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date, crew, and vessel. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, to be paid directly to the captain. All bookings are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: No cancellations by the customer are permitted.

Safety Cancellations: Trips may be canceled or rescheduled by the captain due to safety concerns, such as adverse weather or mechanical issues.

Customer Responsibilities

Contact Information: Provide accurate contact details to ensure communication regarding any changes.

Arrival: Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture without refund.

Weather and Safety

The captain monitors weather conditions and has the authority to cancel or modify trips for safety reasons.

No-Shows

Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the trip without a refund.

Changes by Eddanova Rentals

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the trip schedule, route, or vessel. Customers will be notified promptly.

Liability

We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the trip.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and our cancellation policy.
